Logistics technology company Logistadvise Inc, originally founded by Eric Spearin and Lionel Bao, was acquired by Transervice in 2015 to form Transervice Integrated Solutions (TIS). This acquisition provides the TIS team with cloud-based proprietary technology to fulfill company backhauls and provide freight management and brokerage services.

TIS is based in the freight and technology hub of Los Angeles, CA. This west coast presence extends our operations across the country and complements the 120 plus Transervice locations and Corporate Headquarters in Lake Success, NY.
