TIS is growing! We are currently looking for a Branch Director to establish and grow our new office.

Transervice Logistics formed Transervice Integrated Solutions (TIS) to deliver both 3PL and 4PL logistics solutions to existing and new customers. TIS utilizes cutting-edge proprietary technology that emphasizes automation, efficiency, and cost-savings when executing shipments. It features industry leading lead gen for new freight opportunities, client/carrier portals, tracking, and EDI capability.

Relevant Experience: 5-10+ years
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission and reports directly to the President and Senior VP.
- Leading the sales effort by growing and maintaining a profitable book of business.
- Building a team and managing overall operations of the branch.
- Negotiating contracts and rate agreements with new and existing clients.
- Reviewing financial reports / P&L.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carriers.
- Identifying new opportunities and setting the strategic direction for the branch.
- 5-10 years of third-party logistics (3PL) / truckload brokerage sales experience.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to exceed expectations with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
